Our Commitment to Transitioning Service Members
As an approved DoW SkillBridge partner, Mitchell Heating & Cooling offers the Service Members HVAC Transition Mission, a hands-on training program designed to provide transitioning service members with real-world experience in the HVAC industry.
Through practical training, mentorship, and exposure to the day-to-day operations of the HVAC industry, participants have the opportunity to develop valuable technical and professional skills that can support their transition into a civilian career.
Hands-On Training & Career Development
Participants gain practical HVAC industry experience while learning how their military skills, leadership, discipline, and teamwork can transfer into a civilian work environment.
Real-World Industry Experience
Our program provides participants with exposure to the daily operations of an HVAC company, including installation, service, maintenance, warehouse operations, customer service, and other areas based on the participant's training path and program objectives.
Supporting the Transition to Civilian Employment
Our goal is to help transitioning service members build industry knowledge, develop new skills, and gain practical experience that can prepare them for employment opportunities in the HVAC industry.
